The Sound of Bronkow ist ein DJ-Abend für Country, Lofi, Americana, Songwriter und Rock, der seit Jahren unregelmäßig in wechselnden Dresdner Locations stattfindet. Ab und an begrüßte man Live-Bands, die nun auf einem Sampler verewigt sind, teilweise mit exklusiven Beiträgen.
So findet man auf „The Sound of Bronkow“ rare Stücke von Künstlern, die der deutschen Musikpresse bestens bekannt sind, wie The Green Apple Sea aus Nürnberg, The Gentle Lurch aus Dresden, dem viel beachteten 20-jährigen Songwriter-Wunderknaben The Marble Man aus Traunstein oder dem Senkrechtstarter 2008 Gisbert zu Knyphausen aus Hamburg.
